Michael O. Shea

Michael O. Shea has nearly 15 years of employment law and litigation experience. He has successfully litigated employment, personal injury and insurance coverage cases in both state and federal courts, as well as employment cases in the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He graduated from Western New England College School of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December of 1989. Attorney Shea is also a former Assistant District Attorney for Hampden County and he is also admitted to practice in the Massachusetts federal district courts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Anne S. Diebold

Anne S. Diebold is an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Michael O. Shea. Ms. Diebold was graduated from Western New England College School of Law and Springfield College School of Social Work with a Combined Degree of Juris Doctor and Master of Social Work in May 2003. Ms. Diebold received the honor of being named to the Dean’s List at Western New England College School of Law in the fall of 2001 and spring of 2002. Ms. Diebold earned an Academic Achievement award in April 2000. Ms. Diebold was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2003. Ms. Diebold received a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Holyoke College in 1996. Ms. Diebold also received the honor of graduating magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College.

Sara E. Graham

Sara E. Graham is a Paralegal in the Law Office Of Michael O. Shea. Ms. Graham graduated from Bay Path College in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies and a Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies approved by the American Bar Association. Prior to graduation, Ms. Graham completed her internship at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
